Refund and Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item, you can do so by mail.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with the original receipt, for items in their original, unused condition.
• Returns must be sent by post. We do not offer in-store or drop-off returns.
• Exchanges are not accepted. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
• The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Original delivery/shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and are not covered by Beautyshop.
• We recommend returning the product in the same shipping carton that you received it in.
• Please include a copy of the original receipt in the carton, and address the return package to:

• The price of the returned item will be refunded to the credit card used for the transaction within 15 days of us receiving and processing your return.
• Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition, with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and cellophane intact and unopened.
• The following product categories cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons: mascaras, nail polishes, eyeliners, lip and eye pencils, hair products, face products, and body products.
• In case of a refund, Beautyshop applies a 10% restocking fee to cover processing costs.
